Call us or fill out our online form to get started. We'll schedule a brief visit to walk your property and evaluate tree density, leaf volume, bed complexity, gutter access, and lawn condition. This assessment is free and comes with no obligation.
No vague pricing, no surprise charges. You'll know exactly what we're doing and what it costs before we start.
Once you approve the estimate, we build a cleanup plan tailored to your property. This includes determining the number of visits (typically 2-3 for residential, weekly for commercial), timing them to your specific tree species' leaf drop patterns, and identifying any special considerations like fragile plantings or limited access areas.
You'll receive confirmed service dates in advance. For residential clients, you don't need to be home during service. We confirm each visit via text or email the day before so you always know when we're coming.
The first visit typically happens in early to mid-October while soil temperatures are still above 55 degrees. This is when we handle time-sensitive tasks: core aeration and overseeding, initial bed cleanup, removal of spent annuals, and the first round of leaf clearing from the early-dropping species like maples and birches.
If gutter clearing is part of your plan, we do the first round now as well, though a second clearing will follow later once the oaks finish dropping. We also apply winterizer fertilizer during this visit when soil conditions are optimal.
This is the main event. Our crew arrives with commercial backpack blowers, walk-behind blowers, and the truck-mounted vacuum system. We clear all turf areas, landscape beds, hardscape surfaces, and property margins of accumulated leaves. Perennial cutback happens during this visit, with species-specific care for each plant.
Discuss the project scope, responsibilities and any required documentation with our team before work begins.
For properties with oaks and beeches, the final visit catches the late-dropping leaves that are still falling into December. We do a second gutter clearing, wrap vulnerable shrubs and broadleaf evergreens, and perform a complete property walk-through to confirm everything is winter-ready.
Before we leave, we'll note any observations about your property's condition, from areas where spring remediation might be needed to irrigation shut-down reminders. Your property enters winter fully protected, with every surface clean and every plant properly prepared for the cold months ahead.
Our fall schedule fills quickly every year. Lock in your preferred dates now and enter winter knowing your property is fully protected. Free estimates, no obligation.
Very fair prices, friendly and professional at their jobs. I am very satisfied with the work they did on the property. Will definitely call on them for future work as well. Highly recommended!!!
Henrique and his team are fantastic!!! They are very hard working and meticulous with their work. I called him to quote hydro seeding my front and back yard after putting in a pool last year. His pricing is competitive and best around. I could see grass after just 7 days! He built a retaining wall in the back and it completely framed my yard perfectly. He even helped me find an irrigation company that put in a sprinkler system. I cannot recommend Henrique enough, even my neighbors have used him due to his workmanship. He is also a super nice and trustworthy person. I will be calling him for any future projects I need.
We’re fascinated with our new walk way. It was done within two days. The house looks amazing. 100% Recommended

Pricing depends on property size, tree density, bed complexity, and the scope of services. For an average residential lot, basic leaf removal typically runs $350-$600, while comprehensive fall cleanup with aeration, overseeding, gutter clearing, and winterization ranges from $600-$1,200. Larger properties with heavy tree coverage can run $1,200-$3,000 or more. We provide detailed written estimates after a free property assessment so there are no surprises.
Fall cleanup should begin in mid-October and be completed by early December in southeastern Massachusetts. The optimal window for aeration and overseeding is early to mid-October when soil temperatures are above 55 degrees. Most properties need 2-3 visits because tree species drop leaves at different times, with oaks continuing well into December. We recommend booking by early October to secure your preferred dates, as our schedule fills quickly.
Skipping fall cleanup has real consequences. Leaves left on your lawn create a dark, wet environment that incubates snow mold, brown patch, and other fungal diseases. Clogged gutters lead to ice dams that can cause interior water damage. Uncombed landscape beds harbor pests and disease through winter. A property that skips fall cleanup typically needs $500-$1,500 or more in spring remediation. Prevention is always cheaper than the fix.
Light leaf coverage can be mulch-mowed as a beneficial organic amendment. However, most residential properties in southeastern Massachusetts with mature trees generate far more leaf volume than mulching alone can handle. If leaves are more than one layer deep on the lawn, they need to be removed.
No. For residential clients, you do not need to be home during service. We confirm each visit via text or email the day before. As long as we have access to the property (gates unlocked, pets contained), we can handle everything while you are at work or running errands. We will send a completion notification when we are done.
Weather delays are communicated proactively before the scheduled date. For properties where safety is the priority, we may add an extra visit at no charge to ensure walkways and entrances stay clear during extended wet weather periods.
In our Zone 6b/7a climate, hostas, daylilies, peonies, bee balm, iris foliage, astilbe, and bleeding heart should be cut back in fall. Ornamental grasses, echinacea, black-eyed Susan, sedum, and Russian sage should be left standing for winter interest and crown protection. Lavender and butterfly bush should never be hard-cut in fall in our region because they may not survive winter. Hydrangeas depend on the variety. Our crews are trained to handle each plant correctly.
