How It Works

From First Call to First Snowfall

Discuss your project, review the proposed scope and plan the next steps with our team.

  1. Request Your Free Snow Removal Quote

Call us at (857) 756-3404 or fill out our online form. We will ask about your property type, address, current snow removal situation, and what services you need. Commercial properties receive a formal proposal after a site visit.

There is no obligation and no pressure. We want to make sure our service is the right fit for your property and budget before either of us commits.

  2. Property Assessment & Service Scope

For residential properties, we review your driveway layout, walkway access points, and snow placement preferences. We note mailbox locations, landscape features, and any areas that need special attention. For commercial properties, we conduct a comprehensive site visit to evaluate lot size, walkway scope, accessibility requirements, fire lane locations, and drainage infrastructure.

This is the step that prevents damage and ensures our crews know your property before the first flake falls. Because we also handle landscaping and hardscaping, we often already know the property intimately.

  3. Choose Your Contract & Sign Up

We offer seasonal contracts with fixed pricing and per-push options for homeowners who prefer pay-as-you-go. We walk through each option so you can choose what works best for your situation.

Seasonal contracts are billed in monthly installments from November through April. Once signed, your spot on our route is locked in.

  4. Pre-Season Preparation & Route Assignment

Your property is assigned to a specific route and crew. We finalize snow placement maps, confirm trigger depths, and set up communication preferences. You will know exactly how to reach us during storms and what to expect for response timing based on your position on the route.

Our equipment is inspected, serviced, and staged. Salt and ice melt materials are stocked. Weather monitoring systems are active. When the first storm hits, we are ready to deploy.

  5. Storm Response & Ongoing Service

When accumulation reaches your trigger depth, our crews deploy automatically. You do not need to call us. Residential driveways and walkways are typically cleared before the morning commute. Commercial properties receive service based on their contract terms, whether that is zero-tolerance continuous coverage or standard trigger-based response.

During extended storm events, we make multiple passes as needed. After the storm ends, we complete final cleanup and ice treatment. You wake up to a clear driveway or arrive to a clear parking lot. That is the promise, and we keep it.

Henrique and his team are fantastic!!! They are very hard working and meticulous with their work. I called him to quote hydro seeding my front and back yard after putting in a pool last year. His pricing is competitive and best around. I could see grass after just 7 days! He built a retaining wall in the back and it completely framed my yard perfectly. He even helped me find an irrigation company that put in a sprinkler system. I cannot recommend Henrique enough, even my neighbors have used him due to his workmanship. He is also a super nice and trustworthy person. I will be calling him for any future projects I need.

We recommend signing up by early November at the latest. Route capacity is limited, and we accept customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Once our routes are full, we stop accepting new accounts for the season to ensure we can provide reliable service to existing customers. The best time to contact us is September or October, before the first storm forecast creates a rush of calls.

We offer complete winter property care including driveway plowing, walkway shoveling, step clearing, and ice melt application. Services are bundled or available individually based on your needs. Most residential customers choose the full package, which includes driveway plowing plus walkway and step clearing with ice melt treatment. Walk paths are defined during your pre-season assessment so our crews know exactly what to clear every visit.

Snow placement is discussed during your pre-season property assessment. We identify the best locations based on your driveway layout, lawn areas, and drainage patterns. Typically, snow is stacked to one or both sides of the driveway in areas where spring melt will drain away from your foundation. We avoid stacking against the garage door, over walkways, or in areas that would block sightlines at the street. If you have specific preferences, we note them in your property file.

Yes. We provide roof snow raking to prevent ice dams and reduce structural snow load. Using telescoping roof rakes, our crews remove snow from the lower six to eight feet of your roofline while standing safely on the ground. This is the critical zone where ice dams form. Roof raking is available as an add-on service and is particularly recommended after heavy storms or during extended cold periods when multiple storms build dangerous accumulation.
